These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of squashchamps.com (the "Site"), a directory of squash venues operated by SquashChamps ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Service

SquashChamps provides a free, informational directory of squash clubs, courts and related venues, along with user reviews and ratings. Listings are provided for general information only and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the venues listed unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit content. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" means reviews, ratings, comments, venue submissions and any other material you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• it is accurate and reflects your genuine experience;
• it does not infringe any third party's rights;
• it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, misleading or spam.

We may review, edit, refuse or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor it and are not responsible for content submitted by users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• post false, fraudulent or manipulative reviews, including reviews of your own business or competitors;
• scrape, harvest or copy listings or data except as permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security or its servers;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any venue.

6. Venue Listings and Accuracy

Details such as addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, court counts and facilities are gathered from public and user-submitted sources and may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting. We are not liable for reliance on any listing information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics and software (excluding User Content and third-party trademarks), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission. Venue names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external websites operated by venues and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquashChamps and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any venue listed on it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SquashChamps from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Site at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
