Very nice pleasant friendly and fun place. warm pool. Sauna steam room hot tub lots of squash court and a new gym only been a member a month but very pleased

A good independent health club, that started as a squash club. The gym is well maintained, but not too large. The fitness staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the indoor swimming pool. The club offer annual and 3-month subscriptions. Good parking.

Friendly, good selection of classes, cool off in a great swimming pool. Squash courts,saunas large gym,spin studio. Restaurant and chill out area. I have been a member for 40yrs.

I visit three times per week and have done so for several years using both gym and wet area. Small friendly, local gym, with very active squash section. Bar, food plus sufficient (and clean) changing facilities.

Poor. Facilities not equivalent to the extremely high prices they charge. Gym is very small and the steam room never has any steam in it. Men’s changing rooms resemble a high school changing room in the 80s and haven’t been renovated in years (communal showers?!) They charge 65-75£ a month compared to £35 for Snap fitness, and am seriously thinking about changing. They have got away with the ridiculous prices for years as they’ve been the only game in town and have the squash club.

Been coming here for a few years now. Great gym which is being updated as well. Great squash leagues, squash coach and very good staff and PT's. Good for a venture for a quick bite or a drink as well as a good work out, swim, steam or sauna.
