"Seven years of paying my annual membership"

After seven years of paying my annual membership fee on time, even without using it during the pandemic, I was surprised by TENNIS LOUNGE's decision to suddenly and deliberately terminate my contract. Of course, I received all my money back because the monthly fees were waived during the pandemic. However, as agreed between the parties, I would return to playing squash when health conditions allowed. A week ago, I was surprised by the justification that TENNIS LOUNGE could not meet my expectations. Strange, isn't it? My only expectation was to return to playing safely, without harming the health of TENNIS LOUNGE's employees and other customers. It's a shame to end a partnership of over seven years this way. Unfortunately, I will have to look for another location that "meets my expectations," although TENNIS LOUNGE failed to explain what those "expectations" were. Regrettable! I could unreservedly recommend TENNIS LOUNGE for squash, but now that becomes impossible. I understand this decision as an expulsion, unless TENNIS LOUNGE proves otherwise. I left a full year of paid membership fees to help during the facility's closures due to the high risk of infection. However, it seems my help was not welcomed.

The teachers and staff were very attentive. The indoor clay court is a great addition on hot and rainy days. We really enjoyed it.

My son is taking the Kids classes and is loving it! The facilities are great for tennis and squash, the place is very pleasant and organized, and we are always very well looked after! The staff is helpful, and it's easy to make reservations—I loved it!

The tennis lounge courts are incredible! I've played at both units. The clay court is unparalleled, the only one covered and heated. The JK court is a hard, outdoor court. This unit has a wonderful lounge overlooking the courts, where there's a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge with cold beer to cool off before and after a game. Oh... Of course, I can't help but praise the reception and housekeeping staff—a fantastic team. Thanks, tennis lounge. ♡♡♡♡
"Ive been taking tennis lessons"

I've been taking tennis lessons at the Moema campus for almost three years, starting from scratch. Today I'm an intermediate player, moving up to advanced. The indoor clay court eliminates the rain and ensures consistent training. The instructors (always two per group of four students) are always with us, checking and correcting technique. Kudos to Professors Hélvio, Marco, and Gilberto!
