Great gym with amazing staff. They spend the extra effort to get to know you on a person level. Training staff and classes are really good for everyone of all levels

I am a squash player and have been a member of Trifit for many, many years. There are three courts although one is under repair because of rain damage. The owners have made a tremendous effort to keep the courts open despite many construction defects (builders and owners of building complex) that have caused water issues on the courts. There is an active squash community; many good players; and round-robin events. We need to support the owners who are working so hard to support squash in WLA!
