I’m with them since long time more than 6 years for my daughter’s swimming it’s very good never had complaint but unfortunately the new staff members are very rude at the reception they all have different attitudes and answers. Some of them think we can’t afford to book tennis courts so when I went to ask about tennis for my daughter one started to give me things and other was saying oh it’s fully booked while it was empty all the time I was there. She gave me squash which my daughter doesn’t want to and when finally she decided to play the rude staff came and said oh we need it someone else booked it which is absolutely lies because my daughter went to ask them about another squash ball which she didn’t like it. Thank you so much for your rudeness And be happy to loose customer
