I use the squash court and it's never cleaned, always has rubbish on the floor, the paint is peeling off all over the walls, the floor boards are creaking and half of them are worn out, there are at least 3 dead spots on the whole court floor so when the ball drops on them spots it ruins the whole game, the ceiling ventilation has about 20 balls stuck in between the pipes and steelwork (me and my friends have lost at least 10 squash balls). When I have requested for the staff to do something about the trapped balls they just gaslight you and promise something will get done (it has been 6 months and yep, you guessed it, nothing has been done...), they have been promising a refurb will take place for God knows how long but nothing seems to be happening. Just a very depressing and sad place to be. The squash court price has increased in the past year or so too which just makes the experience that much more shite.
