"I was not impressed. For"

I was not impressed: despite the price, towels and robes were not included, and when I asked for a couple reception tried to charge me for three and laughed at me. Entry was confusing, with conflicting information about the aqua park and hotel and a claim that I needed a printed ticket despite a clear barcode on my phone. The park was also extremely overcrowded and far from relaxing, with no staff or lifeguards managing unruly children.
