"A decent sports complex, but the squash courts could do..."

A decent sports complex, but the squash courts could do with a bit of maintenance work, the walls are going a bit black, the lighting could do with re- doing and the front wall needs a new coat of plaster as there’s the occasional divot. Other than that, a friendly place and other facilities are good.
