"Trying to book a squash court is impossible. I have..."

Trying to book a squash court is impossible. I have tried over three days and every time the on-line system comes up with 'sorry, there is a problem trying to process your request'. When I phone, quite simply, no-one ever answers, even though I stay on for over half an hour. Very disappointed member.
