Terrible managers. They talk badly about others behind their backs, but then they're all smiles when you say goodbye. Hypocritical people who don't even know how to organize themselves and demand a lot for how little they offer. I absolutely do not recommend staying with them or their new management. I'd give them a zero, but I can't. I hope they replace their managers.

The hot water, steam, and sauna are shut off before the scheduled time. Sometimes the steam service is stopped as early as 9:05 pm, even though the cutoff time is 9:30 pm. P.S. Excellent service from the gym staff and the afternoon reception; 5 stars for them!
