Highly recommend this hotel! The staff, especially Fareed Muhammad, was amazing. I was extremely stressed and confused due to some issues with my flight cancellations, and he was incredibly supportive and kind in assisting me with my changes. His support turned a difficult situation into a smooth one, allowing me to truly enjoy the rest of my stay. I’m so grateful for the wonderful hospitality

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly, especially Jasdeep and Anis, who were both incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The gym and pool area were great, and the room was very large and comfortable with lovely facilities. I chose this hotel because of its location, it’s directly opposite my office, and it was absolutely the right decision. I will definitely be staying here again

Jasdeep handled my laundry with remarkable care, folding everything in a completely refined and organized manner, and clearly explaining the delivery timing and every detail with utmost professionalism. Jasdeep was an excellent staff member. He kindly informed me about the slight color fade on my clothes and spoke very politely. I felt truly valued when he asked if I needed anything. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and felt just like home. The entire experience was warm and welcoming. The service, atmosphere and comfort together created a truly luxurious and memorable stay
