It's gym and small (good size for Bermuda Standard). Good condition and modern equipment. They have squash court and spining class. Everything else you need to pay extra amount.

Great spot! Access to gym, squash courts, unlimited classes, and fantastic instructors. The clean, modern facility tops it off.

Great Gym, 2 locations, staff very friendly and helpful. 4 Squash courts to choose from 3 in central and 1 in west. Showers are awesome!! Has everything you need, cardio, spinning, free weights, cable machines. Hygienic wipes to wipe down equipment after use. Classes are included. If only they had use of gym owned towels, that would make it complete for me, oh and a hot tub/steam room/sauna ;-)

An excellent gym with two central locations. It's more of a traditional gym, not a modern WOD type. Probably the most expensive on island at $205 per month but you get what you pay for... top of the range equipment and super friendly/helpful staff. The locations are walkable from all of the main office locations in Hamilton. Courthouse also has squash courts (hence the name) and you can easily participate with other members should you choose to do so. Periodic equipment upgrades and constant maintenance ensures a fully functional gym at all times. Keep up the good work!

I've gone to several gyms on the island. This one is always my favorite. It's a bit on the pricey side. But it's modern and clean and I love being able to play squash as well.
