The facilities at the Tennis Club are fantastic - not only for tennis players but the club offers Squash/Racketball and Table Tennis too. Coaching is available for all these activities - Table Tennis is growing with a thriving social Thursday evening session as well as coaching on a Monday, Tuesday and Fridays. The club is very friendly so definitely worth joining to play all these sports as well as offering plenty of social activities.

Lovely club with 7 artificial grass courts (5 floodlit) and 2 squash courts. As well as tennis and squash it runs bridge, mahjong and table tennis clubs. The coaching is superb and the coaches have great energy and enthusiasm for their sports. The junior tennis starts from 5 years old and runs in accordance with the LTA’s Mini Tennis programme to make the game fun and exciting at all levels. The feel of the club is super friendly and welcoming and try’s to offer something for all ages and abilities.

I decided after 44 years since playing tennis at school I wanted to try again. A friend at work recommended Milford on Sea Tennis & Squash Club. So I took the plunge and signed up to the beginners lessons with Caitlin. 2 weeks in and next term booked. Caitlin is absolutely brilliant, she’s not only lovely, she’s calm and patient. You can feel her passion for tennis and the encouragement she gives is amazing. Going to book some one to one sessions with her soon. Highly recommend this club. Everyone I have met has been friendly and approachable. As was nervous to get back into tennis after so many years but so glad I have. Andrea Tubbs

Been a tennis member here for 3 years and it is a well organised and friendly place to learn, grow and play; both for social tennis and competing in leagues and tournaments. Brilliant coaches and great facilities. I’m very pleased to be a part of Milford on Sea Tennis & Squash Club!

One of the friendliest clubs around. I have been a squash member for 20 years+ and have seen it develop into a great tennis and squash club. Excellent coaches, facilities and members. Great value as well!

Having been a member for 3 years now Milford Squash club has drawn me in. Now a regular on Monday and Friday open club nights (rock up and play) and in the competitive internal leagues. I get to play a variety of standards and styles (and ages!) which has improved my game. Backed and organised by our wonderful coach Mel who is a perfect compliment to a friendly and supportive club. The facilities are clean and well maintained; and the members are well informed with monthly newsletters and updates. Love this club!!

I have been a member since the late 1990's initially playing squash and now racketball. Great courts with competive internal box leagues managed by our coach and teams that play in the Dorset County Squash and Racketball leagues. Open sessions for both sports. Want a friendly welcoming club then come and join us.
