"An experience to forget. We had a squash court booked from..."

An experience to forget. We had a squash court booked from 4 to 5pm (paid in advance) and they hadn't opened the building by 4:50pm. Their excuse was that in summer they open at 5pm. Please change the app so that it's not possible to book for 4pm if it's not open, and also change all the signs on the door, since every one of them says that in July and August the afternoon hours are 4pm to 11pm, and waiting 50 minutes in 35 degree heat in the shade is not pleasant for anyone.
