The best gym in the area: not crowded, everyone is very friendly, good range of quality equipment. They also play Metallica and got steel plates!

Had a lovely experience as a visitor using the squash court, we actually did some badminton instead and the space was great. The staff were very helpful and informative prior to our arrival.
