It is very clean and you can have your own room to change. They also have showers and a wheel chair entrance. They have vending machines, a viewing area to see your kids, A gym, a squash court etc.

A good though small leisure centre. There's a cardiovascular gym and two other weights gyms. Squash court, spinning room and a couple of other halls. There's also a 25m pool and toddlers pool with steam and sauna rooms. Separate male and female changing and a small family changing area. Years ago there used to be a cafe here but there's none now. Refreshments can be bought from vending machines by the reception. There is car parking but at not a lot and during busy times people have to park out on the surrounding streets.
