Highly recommend. Here is why: clean, bright, well equipped, friendly stuff. You can find gym, squash, badminton, ping pong, and cardio space. What highlighted my visit is the sauna. If you book for more than 1 hour sports activities, you get free access to sauna. Drawbacks would be: it would be a bit far from the city center. And it could be busy in working days and Saturdays.
