Great gym. Clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Lots of equipment and freestanding materials. Helpful instructors. A sauna that's running all day. Choose from many group classes. Free coffee, tea, and soft drinks. A friendly gym for all ages.

A clean gym with plenty of space and equipment to fit any schedule. The staff is friendly, and I feel like they provide personalized attention. They go above and beyond to keep their current members motivated.

It's funny, though, that I read so much about clean and nice staff! They probably clean the equipment, but the rest of the entire building gets forgotten! Membership fees are going up and are listed quite nicely as being due to staff costs (they never do much) and maintenance! Maintenance is nowhere to be found in this building. There are still holes in the front canopy. So, in my opinion, they collect the money but don't invest anything.

It is a great centre with great staff working hard to make you comfortable and giving you advice when you need it. I go there to play squash. They have an active squash ladder so I can get a few games happening during the week. Just recently they built in 2 Saunas (1 x men & 1 x women), so after heavy training sessions you can warm the pain out of those muscles.....NICE !!! U would definitely recommend it to anyone.
