"You need to have designated separate times for swimming"

You need to have designated separate times for swimming lessons and leisure swimming so that every member gets a chance to enjoy their membership. The state of play currently is that a swimming coach and his learners monopolize the pool. Even when there are designated lanes he spreads his swimmers across all lanes meaning those who can already swim and are trying to get a good workout or just a meditative swim in, simply cannot. The pupils are jumping in from the sides, thrashing about all over the pool, and the coach never respects the designated lanes. Infact, I get the distinct impression he is quite annoyed to have already confident swimmers come in and swim continously for a workout, particularly a woman. It appears that women being more competent at something than a man and one making people pay for lessons, is intimidating...He scowlded at me from the sidelines. He and his friends crossed lanes disrupting my laps, and he even pushed a pupil into the pool as I was completing a lap. This fully grown woman narrowly missed landing on my head as I emerged for a breath. He could have broken my neck. And it was intentional and malicious. I could see the disappointment in his face at the near miss. I lodged a complaint, the duty manager spoke to him and reminded him to stay to his teaching lanes and not to push people into the pool. The next day he was back to the very same behaviour. This is how women are run out of spaces for exercise and excluded from taking care of their health, because bullies are allowed to monopolize spaces. Women's month just ended. Do better this swimming season Lehakoe. Manage swimming times and lanes properly. Do not allow overcrowding. Do not allow one segment of the membership to dominate the use of the pool to the detriment of others. Have a zero tolerance stance on reckless and dangerous behaviour in the club space, particularly from staff or a supposed 'coach' and particularly in the pool. If I had been injured or died because of his bullying and malicious actions the club's apology would not have restored my life or limb. Please take this very seriously management because you have a potentially very dangerous situation. Please rectify it before someone is maimed or killed.

Pros: Large, spacious, well equipped. Cons: Several broken machines have not been fixed or replaced for months counting. Shower cabins are not in great shape.
