Great Club right in the city, walking distance from the corporations in the loop, with breathtaking views of Millenium Park and Lake Michigan. I love that they have formal and informal spaces within the club. The informal Living Room is gorgeous as are the formal rooms and decks for dining. Excellent squash programs too!

I was a guest many times before joining about eight years ago, and in a word the Club is amazing. It occupies twelve floors of a historic building across from the Art Institute and Millennium Park, with restaurants, bars, a historic library, a grand ballroom and a comprehensive athletic centre, and it is known as the top squash facility in Chicago. The fifty-plus hotel rooms are comfortable, the casual dress code and newer spaces attract many members aged twenty-five to forty-five, and the dues are quite reasonable for the benefits.

I accompanied my wife to the Windy City Open Squash tournament at the University Club; she's an aficionado and regular squash player - we enjoyed our time. The club's an excellent venue, adding a historical and architectural flair to the event!
