This is a lovely Resort, historical in style. The std room is of a good level, clean and nicely appointed. The premises are pretty and enjoyable. They have two heated pools and a couple of jacuzzi’s. There is a gym and squash court. The resturant is a on the pricier side, but great service. I would definitely visit again.

Great Amenities and Warm Pools: Loved the variety of things to do here. Between the gym, squash, and tennis/basketball courts, there's no shortage of activity. The playground (especially the trampoline) is perfect for families. Having two heated pools is a massive bonus—plenty of space for everyone to swim comfortably. A solid choice for a Taupo stay. 8 minutes from Taupo city centre.
