"Terrible experience at this place"

Had a terrible experience at this place. I was on vacation with my family and had stayed at the Waltair chambers. On checking into the rooms we found that it had not been cleaned properly and had to call the housekeeping staff to clean it. The breakfast was also terrible and service extremely slow. The worst was the reception staff at the main club reception. One particular member of staff was extremely rude. If you did not have the exact change to pay the entry fees into the club he would insult us and say that 'this is not a bank and we do not keep any change'. But after much insistence from my side a huge bundle of change would suddenly emerge from his desk and he would pay me...a clear indication that this man was pocketing money from the club. He even had the audacity to tell me that it is better I don't stay next time at the club. When I asked him for his name, he refused. Just goes to show the poor management in running the club and training their staff. My entire vacation in Vizag was ruined because of the experience I've had at this place. In all my years of traveling I have never stayed at such a terrible place and would never recommend it to any one.

If you are member one of the best place for the total family. Club contains 1.guest rooms 2.Function hall 3.Billiards and snooker 4.swimming pool 5.tennis courts with flood lights 6.volley ball courts 7.indoor badminton courts 8.open lawns to dine & wine 9.library 10. Bar and restaurant 11. For children swings, see saw, sliders. These are things I noticed. Member guests may enjoy these facility subject to conditions prevailing.
