"Fitness area is nice we were here"

The fitness area is nice. We were here from the US for tennis Futures and really enjoyed the hospitality of all the people around there. The food was great especially smoothies! I enjoyed a nice layout and a lot of room to explore. There are outlets too just across the road. Very convenient. The tennis experience was an utter disappointment. My son never got a chance to play in Qualifying in spite being one of the first alternates. This entirely warrants another trip to ANY Canadian Futures. Sorry guys.
"Decent though there some to improve"

Decent though there’s some to improve if they want to be “premiere” as they market themselves to be:) please take as constructive criticism. I pray for the best! 1. I enjoy the size and am happy there is this option. Though overall atmosphere is sometimes not as friendly, a little “stuck up”. I hope it’s more welcoming and friendly:). 2. For the price in the region, it is easily 3-4x more expensive than a $30-$50 LA Fitness but not yet 3-4x better. I’d expect better amenities in the washroom and better equipment for the women’s only gym. The women’s only is already at the basement, it has some older equipment whereas their “high performance” area has top notch. Ladies deserve as good if not more comfortable, nevertheless leftover old dumbbells. Am I right ladies? 😊 3. The lotion feels a bit cheap, and there is no shampoo nor conditioner… also no hair ties or feminine products which I would expect at a premiere facility, as it’s one of the most expensive ones in Niagara. Also the ladies change room is quite outdated. The showers are a tad gross in my opinion… I’d look into a renovation if you want to keep up. Towels.. Why are they so short? Barely covers for a woman….very concerning. Also old not very luxurious. Lockers…. 90% of the time 90% guests of the women’s locker room is squished in the one row of daily lockers whereas the other “rental locker” areas are empty yet they prohibit women from even changing there. A member in the ladies change room was also not friendly - if one were to just slightly use the mirror for a few minutes if it is available…. I suspect she gets this attitude from the rules the locker room. Most members are daily use locker members. Aka most of your club members should be treated well even in the locker room. 4. Hours wise, 5AM would be a better start time for the weekday and to be consistent on the weekend. It is quite bothersome to change one’s schedule on the weekend for early morning go-ers. Of course, weekend same close as weekday would be great but I understand staff want to be home. 5. Pilates reformer is difficult to book. Pilates instructors and classes are mediocre. One of the TRX instructors who is a male gave me very uncomfortable vibes so I have not been back. I sincerely hope management pays attention if there’s other instances. 6. Club Manager isn’t responsive. That says a lot too. Not a humble place unfortunately. The tennis courts look nice, haven’t tried.:)

The Club was an integral part of my maternity leave. The amenities here are amazing. Access to the pool, hot tub, steam & sauna rooms and the various gyms for all and women only. The classes have been some of the best I have experienced. Marta, and all the ladies at the desk are kind and make you feel welcome. I did training with Rebecca and she always listened to my needs and tailored a workout for my body. Heidi, Jen and all the ladies at the Childcare Centre are amazing. Having the availability of childcare provided the opportunity to know my son was somewhere safe and close by while I took time for myself.
