Excellent teachers... A great environment for exercising. I've been doing functional training for over a year now, and I really recommend it.

A great place to play sports. There's a wide variety of sports, and the prices are quite reasonable. The paddle courts are new. Room for improvement: The rest of the facilities (restrooms, changing rooms, courts, etc.) could use some improvement.
