"Leave early to get to my school"

I had to leave early to get to my school far away. The bus was supposed to arrive at 6:20, but it never came. I called the dispatch center. They told me the 6:20 bus was canceled and the next one would arrive at 6:30. I waited, and at 6:30 the bus didn't arrive either. I called again. They told me it was canceled and the next one would arrive at 6:40. I waited again, hoping it would arrive this time, but it didn't. Then I called again. They told me the next one would arrive at 6:50. I waited again. And the bus that was supposed to arrive at 6:50 arrived at 6:55. I waited at the bus stop for 35 minutes, and that happens almost every day. These are buses 608/609, which go toward Bonn. It's like this every morning. How is SWB supposed to manage a 10-minute service when they can't even manage a 30-minute service? This is all just show and propaganda. It's more honest and fair to introduce and maintain a half-hourly service than to fool the people. How am I supposed to explain to my teachers that I'm late for school every day? By the way, when my father goes to work, my father sees at the starting stop that the bus drivers are asleep or playing on their phones. My father also used to work for SWB, and now he's with RSVG, and very few of them are on time. My father calls me every morning to ask if the bus has arrived, and as always, the answer is no. SWB has no control over its bus drivers. They have enough buses. RSVG is much more exemplary in this regard. SWB must adhere to and respect the mobility guarantee. If the bus is cancelled, everyone has the right to take a taxi at SWB's expense. Hand in the receipt at the SWB service center so you can get your money back. This kind of chaos only exists in Tanzania, Africa. There are no reviews for this so-called service. By the way, most bus drivers are totally unfriendly and tired and have no idea how to drive. Even I, as a 13-year-old, could drive better. On some buses, you feel like you're sitting in a bumper car.
"Disaster would be too positive wonder"

A disaster would be too positive. I wonder how anyone can be so incompetent at running public transport. Subways are constantly late, are canceled altogether, and of course, without any information being provided to customers. Perhaps the lovely SWB employees could offer training in a city where things work much better?
