I Train my clients here. It is well equipped to suit all levels and abilities. Cardio and strength equipment. It is kept very clean. Good change rooms, showers, steam room and Sauna. Add Squash courts and Curling and you have real value for your membership dollar. A friendly place

A great place to play and find new friends. The curling rink is in great shape and the Club is working on its accessibility plan. Two squash court are available as well as a fitness facility. And a steam room. Check it out.

Great club that offers a full fitness area, squash courts and a four sheet curling rink. As a member you also have access to fitness classes, a sauna and steam room. As a curler I enjoy the variety of day time and evening leagues available. In the summertime the club also has cornhole and pickleball available. Come check it out!
