It's a real shame that these FAE officers are training in dance while crime in Quito and throughout the country is rampant.

An oasis and a half of the city, a complete club with first-class facilities, has a very complete gym with new machines, swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, and very comfortable open spaces, it has a restaurant and cafeteria
