I just signed up for the gym, and the hours are from 6:00 to 15:00. Well, both times I tried to go at 6:30, it was closed. It's a disgrace. They charge you and don't provide the service. On top of that, I've been calling all day, and no one bothers to answer the phone. It's shameful and unprofessional.
