Really cozy little place. Squash, gym, and saunas, great idea renting out the sauna area for exclusive use. I don't have to listen to loud "businessmen" chatting, especially the type who used to just freeload their way into the sauna. Keep it up!

The phone number listed for bookings doesn't answer for hours at a time. Staff find it "hard to say" whether a squash court is available on a given day. I was graciously informed that I could just come by and see for myself whether a court was free. Congratulations on the dedication!

Overall the center is getting on in years, the pool is closed, but for playing squash the place is totally fine. There are 3 rooms, and if you're using Multisport you only pay an extra 10 PLN. Recommend ;)

Total hopelessness, I honestly have no idea what's going on with this place. The process for booking a squash court feels like something out of the 1980s. A place with untapped potential, staff acting smart in a dumb way, effectively putting you off visiting !!! Is Centrum Zacisze a front for money laundering??? Worth looking into...

Until recently this was my favorite place to play squash. The women at reception are always smiling and friendly. The booking system is old fashioned and in my case it repeatedly showed a lack of proper organization. Double bookings happened, unfortunately, quite often, which resulted in my game being delayed by an hour or the booking being cancelled outright after I'd arrived at the supposedly agreed time (as compensation I was offered a gym session instead, but when you're coming for 2 hours of squash with friends, that's not what you're after). Despite so many mistakes on the owner's part, he doesn't allow cancellations or time changes, even with several days' notice. During a phone call with the owner about changing a booking from two hours to one, I heard him say that in that case he was the one losing money, while I, because of his previous mistakes, was ONLY losing time. Right now I can't make any booking at all, because my number was blocked after that conversation. On top of that, in winter the venue is bitterly cold, the radiators in the hallway don't even heat up. A venue with a lot of potential, unfortunately held back by its owner.

I've been calling for 3 days to book squash, during the court's operating hours of 4pm to 9pm and earlier in the day too. Time of day doesn't matter, nobody picks up or calls back. They clearly don't give a damn about people or their own business... Shame... don't recommend.

I came in on Saturday at 4:30pm, the gym is listed as open until 6pm, but the woman at reception said she was closing at 5pm "because there's no one at squash"... you rush out of work early just to make it in time, and they don't take the customer seriously.
