"Nice place to play squash. Attractive price for the court...."

Nice place to play squash. Attractive price for the court. On site you can rent equipment or buy an isotonic drink, and an instructor is also available. Shower and locker included in the price. There's free parking for customers on the premises. Convenient online court booking. I enjoy playing here myself and recommend it to others.

I don't recommend it. Run by some small-time amateur businessman. For a few months we used the court recreationally, 3-4 people, sometimes once or twice a week. When our fourth friend joined us late today, we suddenly heard that 3 people on a court was already too many and that we should play with two, and if we wanted more people we'd have to book two courts. Given that the price list doesn't specify what the 1 hour covers, the only mention in the rules is "Squash courts are rented for 60 minutes", following the example of other venues, you'd assume that's the cost of the court. Unfortunately the guy at reception, as he put it himself, "has his own rules". I don't recommend this place. Even though I live nearby, thanks to this outstanding approach to customers, from now on I prefer to drive to a different venue, and I'd recommend the same to you.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the place. The young lady is a wonderful staff member, but the elder male staff member is just incredibly rude and unreasonable and for that I definitely do not recommend this club. Absolute disaster. For a few months, four of us have shared one court on a weekly basis with no problem, but then this particular male staff member started become very unfriendly and gradually introduce new rules to discourage us from our weekly squash games. Christ he even hid the bowl of candies from our kids which was for guests. Seriously. Anyway, he claimed that the locker rooms were overcrowded, and that there were no parking spaces. Absolute garbage because we either came in one car or walked to the venue, and because there are only 2 courts, the locker rooms were never ever overcrowded at all. But interestingly, there are over 20 lockers in each of the locker rooms. Anyway, it all simply comes down to his lack of proper customer service and ridiculous way of chasing away customers.

"Over the past year my husband and I played here maybe a..."

Over the past year my husband and I played here maybe a dozen or so times. The squash courts are fine, as courts go. The lady at the front desk is nice and helpful. The whole venue is pretty worn out though, the women's changing room always smelled bad from the toilet (also old and worn). In Osowa there's another set of squash courts, much nicer and newer, and for a while now we've been going there more often. We used to drop by Squash Center mainly to support local businesses, plus you could pretty much always grab a court at the last minute. We booked a court for today and paid for it, but the weather, specifically the crazy snowfall, got the better of us. We called to ask if we could reschedule to any other time this weekend. The man who answered the phone said there were no slots left for Saturday (there were, I checked), and that we should maybe call Sunday morning to see if anything was free. I understand that was a courtesy on the part of Squash Center, since we were the ones who cancelled the court at the last minute and could have lost our money for the booking. What I don't understand is why the man from Squash Center called us back a minute later to tell us that our booking was forfeited after all and that we shouldn't bother calling on Sunday, because he'd checked...
