"We come here now since 5 years"

We come here now since 5 years. Service is getting less( house keeping once a week instead of every day) and prices going up . Every time we come something is broken . Now it was the sidetable and the chromecast . Last time it was the dishwasher. Check your gear!!!!! Before letting guests stay in it . In short too expensive for the service you get

They should disclose that rooms don’t have AC (not sure if this is already known from all visitors of Copenhagen). But the service was above and beyond to help remediate this. Would definitely stay here again and appreciate the wonder service of the team
