This is the best gym in Port Harcourt. Surprisingly, the subscription is inexpensive when comparing to all the facilities they have. There is a basketball court, swimming pool, squash court, table tennis, spin studio, handball game every Saturday, gym room, steam and sauna, massage centre, bar and restaurant. The reason I didn't give it 5 star is because some of the gym equipments are outdated.

Below are the sections I've used. There are a few more though and some expansion work is ongoing at the time of this review. Pool is showing its age but okay and clean most times. Treadmill and gym sections are good. Floorboards of the squash courts need maintenance - cracks and in need of polishing Staff are very courteous.

This is a well built location for as much fitness activity as possible, my attraction is the pool and the training for my kids, the gym is uphill from the road, ample parking space. A comprehensive reception desk, small shops selling gym gear, exercise gear within etc, there’s a gym, a squash court, the pool, table tennis etc, all on the ground floor, the building is about 3 stories high, biometrics from only members can grant access to everywhere outside the reception area, there’s a restaurant and bar upstairs, there’s a spa etc Unlike the shops that sell gym and swim gear, the other businesses aren’t necessarily health adjacent but they charge as if they are The other building in the compound has an internet café/ business centre, a hair dressing salon and barber shop upstairs with a fast food restaurant downstairs that has its own entrance that doesn’t require customers to ingress the fitness centre compound Charlies has an entrance gate and an exit gate, sharing fence with a branch of first bank nigeria It’s located on stadium road now called Ken Sarowiwa road, well tarred, well maintained road with beautiful greeneries in between and on the side walks.
