"Joined up in august of 2021"

Joined up in August of 2021 with our then 4 month old in tow. We were told that there would be no issues with us bringing our child to utilize the pool’s facilities (provided he was in the appropriate kiddie safe wear, and it was not during a pool class time) and we have had no issues with it…. Until today. Got to the club, scanned our entry token thing, and was then told by the ‘Manager’ that children were not allowed to use the facilities, as they are only open to members. We took him for a swim here only last week, and we were not the only family there with kids. There was another fella there with his 3 young daughters. This manager told us that they have never allowed to have children use the facilities, except on the Sunday family days. We have taken him to the pool MANY times over the past 18 months with no one telling us this EVER. Extremely disappointing. We made thorough note of what the gentleman who showed us through the centre 18 months ago said that it isn’t a problem, and was told “I don’t have any guys on reception”. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH! We had our entry tags swapped over just last week (due to the rebranding of the club), and it was a guy working at reception who did the swap for us. Wife cancelled membership there and then as being able to take him swimming was the major draw card of her keeping her membership going. The only reason I haven’t cancelled mine predominantly due to the squash courts. But seriously considering going elsewhere and giving up on the squash. The only reason I’m not giving this 1 star, is that besides todays experience, majority of our experience here has been good. Was given a great tour of all of the facilities before signing up (some were - and continue to be under construction). The facilities are pretty good. Plenty of squash courts, and Heather does a great job of running the who squash side of things. Also, plenty of classes available, and the few trainers that I’ve had classes with have been very lovely and enthusiastic. Disappointing end to what has been a pretty seamless and fun time

A friend and I have been going to the squash court almost every weekend for about four years. Recently, we were informed that as non-members, we are no longer welcome on Saturdays. Given Saturday is usually the only day we can play for us to continue playing squash, we are now expected to pay almost double the membership fee just for a one-hour game each week. They prefer to see the squash courts empty on Saturdays rather than allow non-members to use them. I emailed about this issue, but I am yet to receive a response.

Actually, -5 stars. Worst customer service, specially kids tennis class. We love all coaches whoever with together but not systems. Without notice every term change reduce lesson hours, increase numbers, change place to class etc. Worst experience ever.
"Love the tennis classes but fix"

Love the tennis classes. But fix the drinking taps down near the courts. Would be handy to have drinking water close by so you don't have to walk all the way back to the clubhouse.

Club Coops is a great sporting facility. Very friendly staff members, clean and stylish interiors, new state of the art equipment, great tennis and squosh courts.
