It's a private, members-only club. It features the only bowling alley in Nicaragua. It has five tennis courts, a gym, a pool, several restaurants, and beach-party rooms.

The new bowling court is a very appropriate place not only to practice that sport, but also to share some time with friends. There is good restaurant service and other activities such as table football and billiards.

Club Terraza is a place where you can enjoy with family and friends, there is a swimming pool, rooms for events such as weddings, fifteen years, parties, communions, etc. There are also about 6 tennis courts, a basketball court and a soccer court, plus there is a bowling area (bowling) to play with friends, there is a bar and three large screens where they show soccer and baseball (Sports) games. There are also two foosball tables, and another two for another game. In the pool area there is a bar that has chairs and tables where people sit to eat (the food is good) there is also ice cream and drinks, whether alcoholic or normal drinks like juices and water. There is also a gym and the pool area is usually where birthdays are booked the most.

Great place to chill or hang out with friends, a wide variety of activities to do, such as play sports(tenis, racket ball, basketball,ping pong), hang in the gym, swiming, and having some delicious food and drinks with your friends while enjoying sports (football, soccer, tennis, basketball) if that is what you're into.

Great atmosphere, courts for a variety of sports, comfortable and spacious rooms, and generally very good food. Prices are medium-high. Admission is only with a membership.
