"Absolute rubbish difficult book squash"

Absolute Rubbish! It should not be difficult to book a squash court, but have tried for the past four days to do this. Issues with the website not working, rang their customer service on four occasions to get updates back from them and their duty manager to contact me direct. Nothing has happened! It should not be this difficult, sort yourselves out!
