"This place just steals your money"

This place just steals your money. I booked 10 Classes for tennis and I got injured with my knee. Told the coach i was injured and will come back when ready. After 2 months I was still injured and asked to move them to my wife and they told me the pack 10 Classes have expired! The other day my wife booked a pilates class and had to cancel the day before as she was taking me to hospital and they said as the teacher cant give her a class that week they still charging her for the class Sadly this club has bad management. Instead of offering the best gym in Medellin with 2025 equipment and services they rather steal money from there clients charging more monthly fee money than the best clubs like David Lloyd in the US and UK Why do people there accept second best!!!

The facilities and amenities are superb. Its architectonic style blends very well with nature and from far away looks beautifully inserted in the mountain. International and local cuisine and drinks. The amiability and service orientation of staff is excellent. Bandeja paisa, punta de anca, ribs and shrimp cocktail are highly recommended and are part of the local gastronomy specialties.
