Had a great experience at David Lloyd Southampton thanks to Jake. He was super friendly, welcoming, and really helpful when showing me and my wife around the club. We were specifically looking to add our child to the membership and wanted to see all the child-friendly facilities, and Jake was amazing throughout, very informative, patient, and happy to answer all our questions. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Brilliant customer service and a real credit to the club. Highly recommend asking for Jake!

I am an old member returning to the Southampton David Lloyd Club. I met with the Sales Manager today and had a very informative tour. Great to see the new paddle courts and all the facilities. The type of membership available was clearly laid out and there was no hard sell approach. The staff I met were professional and very friendly. Very nice to see some familiar faces too. I can't wait to start back at the club.
