I go there to play squash, so sport wise there's a lot you can do, and if you want you can get guidance, in pretty much any sport. There are other courts and fitness centers in Aalst, but I go there for the friendliness and the atmosphere. The only downside I'd mention is that it's a bit more expensive there, but I take that in stride.

You can do lots of sports there like badminton, squash, spinning, etc. You can eat spaghetti and croque monsieurs there, and you can also rent the hall downstairs for parties. If you want to know everything they offer, you can check the photo where it's listed (all the sports you can do there, the third photo I believe).
