Don't even think of renting here nevermind buying. The noise levels are insanely loud throughout the day. Cars arriving late in the evening with their music blasting. Neighbour's partying day in and day out regardless of complex noise rules. They're supposed to get a fine but nothing is ever done about it. All the facilities look nice but the only usable feature is the restaurant. Pool is always packed, soccer turf is packed, squash court is always booked out. Only good thing is the security. They actually do their jobs well.

Super Lifestyle Estate. Units well designed so noise from neighbours is minimal. Gym, restaurant, high speed internet area, Olympic size pool, squash court, lovely walks, helpful staff. Very clean and well-kept.
