When they first opened in January I promptly signed up with a membership especially for the pool, disappointing there is no sauna or steam room but 2 squash courts!! Really surprised about the selection of choice here, then after providing many slots for lane swimming they now have changed this offering slots ( except Fridays) 8.30pm and 9.pm to allow for training. I mean most of the public will be working in the mornings so this is not really a great time I mean if you get your hour swim, leave the pool at 10pm by the time you are changed go home wash your hair etc you are not in bed until after 11pm. Also, the pool is crowded due to reducing your slots I feel deceived, and I think once my first payment which finishes in Feb is done I won't be renewing or will consider carefully if things don't improve. All the staff are very young and ill experienced but are trying hard to keep up with the changes and poor management, I guess. Get a grip I say!!
