Incredibly rude staff that give conflicting information. Tried to liaise with Izzy for a children's birthday, her information in email greatly differed to the information offered on the phone, the result was a party for 4 year olds with no health and safety, no set up, no chairs, no crash mats, no supervisor, and being told we weren't even allowed to bring in drinks (despite prior arrangement bring we could bring our own food and we bought enough for a full buffet to then be told we could only have their food and it had to be pre-ordered). On the day "Izzy" was working on the desk and was incredibly rude, denied any phone calls happening with these agreements even after all call log details were provided and very reluctantly gave squash after we complained how hot the children were and bring told we couldn't bring in drinks. Absolutely diabolical from start to finish. We left thinking all staff were hungover and not interested in helping at all. Wish I could give a lower review.
