Centre itself is good; the staff are nice and very helpful. Swim teachers are absolutely excellent. Cafe (presumably “outsourced”) is always a state unfortunately. I go to watch my nephew swimming once a week and the tables and floors are always filthy and covered in dirty plates/cups etc even when it’s quiet; floor covered in mess and food scraps which is hard to keep the one-year-old away from. Had to smile to myself during this week’s lesson when the lady at the cafe counter was bemoaning her lack of a pay rise! All in all though a good and well-organised centre - massive shame they got rid of the squash courts as there’s nowhere particularly local for a pedestrian to play - looking forward to trying out the forthcoming padel court(s) however.
