"Visiting game point for year now"

Pinki Boruah

I have been visiting Game point for a year now and have been taking squash coaching over there. It's been an invigorating experience so far! It has the only squash court in entire Hyderabad and it's a brilliant experience just to play there. I can call myself quite a pro at the game now and I am super proud of the fact! Thanks to Game point I have been able to realize my dreams.

"Booked the cricket court it was good"

The Logical Indian

We booked the cricket court, it was good. I am giving 2 stars because of the irresponsible and careless staff. The person available in the cricket court was so careless, he was busy watching movies in mobile. No refreshment stalls available in the premises or anywhere near in the area. We had to travel 1 km to buy cool drinks and snacks. Booking Experience: 4/5 Cricket Court: 4/5 Staff Behavior: 0/5 Facilities: 2/5 Overall Experience: 2/5 Not a fully satisfied customer, but will still give one more chance to see if they improved or not. Thanks Hemanth

"Amazing experience at this badminton court"

I had an amazing experience at this badminton court! The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, offering plenty of room for a great game. The court surface is in excellent condition, providing just the right amount of grip for safe and agile movement. The lighting is bright and evenly spread, which really enhances visibility and makes playing so much easier on the eyes. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Nijam & srinadh.always ensuring that players have everything they need for a smooth experience. I also appreciate the availability of equipment rentals, making it super convenient for anyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player. This is easily one of the best badminton courts I’ve played on, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to enjoy a game.

"Wanting to write suggestion here"

Gita

Had been wanting to write a suggestion. Here it is, we have been playing badminton in Hyderabad for about five years now mostly at Gamepoint and overall, we have had a good experience. The staff is great, facilities are nice and what brightens our day is seeing the young kids training hard every day. It It is uplifting to watch them put in the effort to get better with help from amazing coaches like Raj Sir, Hari Sir and Abdul Sir. What amazing people and what great skills! However, there’s something that has been bothering us and others who play there and I can’t stay quiet about it any longer. Recently, have been noticing a disturbing trend - Parents acting as coaches and stepping onto the courts and in some cases, even misbehaving with the coaches. That is a blunder! Have never ever seen and parent allowed inside in any of the academy. Just to give an example, there is a kid named Manvi (between 10-12 years old) whose parents constantly try to coach her and have no hesitation in being disrespectful to the coaches. We have seen it with our own eyes. Honestly, had this been any other academy that child would have been expelled immediately. There is simply no place for such disrespect on the court, not anywhere in the world. I can’t even begin to explain how frustrating this is. We’ve all been students and we were always taught to respect our coaches and never speak back. Our parents never interfered with our training because they trusted the coaches to do their job. But now, these kids backed by disrespectful parents are allowed to behave this way and it’s honestly holding back their own progress. Implement a "No Parents on Court" policy across all branches. Kids need discipline in training and that's that. Better it is addressed sooner rather than later. Hope this gets the attention it deserves.

"Late for 15 mins"

Sadaf Noorain

We were late for 15 mins, and when it was time we wanted to play for another 15 mins which we missed and there were no bookings as well, but still they wabted us to leave. Staff could be a little more considerate as we weren't asking for extra time.
