Nice place for many sports. For the last 2 years we have had a yearly subscription for a tennis court. Service is great and friendly. They also offer us to change our day if we can't play on our scheduled day.

Hello, I'm a regular customer for badminton court. Very often we are the only group playing, especially during weekdays. The rude receptionist disappointed us, yet the response from the management to our feedback is a total disaster. We give feedback in hope that it will get better, yet the management's response shows even no respect. I'm sorry to say that either you change management, change owner or just close down the place. These good courts deserve better people to manage it. --- (And don't make an excuse this is a spam message like you always do to 1 star reviews, because it's not ;)).

Somehow disappointed about: 1) reservation system not optimal to reserve several courts 2) lockers are half broken in the change room 3) the receptionists are not so friendly or collaborative New update on my message to answer reaction to my review: 1) this is not a spam it was my real feedback 2) the lockers in your badminton squash change room are most of the time broken and not working!!!! Should I post a photo that you understand which lockers I'm talking about??? 3) you never tried your online website??? One person is not able to reserve more than only 1 court via your website. How comes that as a manager you are not aware of this??? 4) your message shows that it's not only the lady at the reception but also you as the manager of place you are very impolite and rude! I am so shocked!

I enjoy playing at the Thalwil badminton courts. Generally I find the staff very pleasant and I find the courts themselves are well maintained. One improvement I could suggest, which has been mentioned in other comments, would be the ability to make more than one court booking at a time. For example, I want to play on Monday and Wednesday evening next week, but at the moment I can only make one reservation for Monday. Then I have to wait until Tuesday to book the court again for Wednesday. Fix this, then I will upgrade the rating to 5*. Other than that, everything's great :) Mr Carl Ash

Ijust movved to thalwil and I'm absolutely excillerated about the place. only thing: i just want to join a normal gym but apparentely that is not possible here. Instead I visit overpriced healthclubs where the managment is totally unpressionell(see reviews below) and the location itself is really more of a retired motor garage....
