It’s a great little gym with a variety of classes. The gym itself is set out in a way that you feel comfortable working out and not on display. There are squash courts and badminton courts which considering it’s a small gym is great. You can use the local swimming baths but don’t have the crammed changing rooms that you usually get with duel gym/swimming pools. It suits me - no frills but everything you need and clean!

Squash courts could do with well needed renovations. Before even thinking of replacing the floors, some Polly Filla and a lick of paint here and there would go a long way. The corridoor downstairs stinks of sewage and has been this way for going on 6 months that I can remember. Maybe get a plumber, or at the very least plug in an air freshener?

Good gym area, friendly staff, plenty of equipment and very competitive pricing for what they offer. I've never seen it really crowded which is a definite bonus. Membership will give you access to their Gym + Swimming Pool + Squash Courts, Table Tennis, and all the classes.
