We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and very quiet with no disturbance at all. We truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Pankaj, Anand, Fayiz, Hasnat, Vikrant, and Merin for their kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. Definitely not our last visit, we will come back again, inshallah. Highly recommended!✨✨

A very positive stay at a 5-star hotel that is well set up for large conferences, with elegant interiors, a comfortable, quiet room and truly exceptional housekeeping. The breakfast and dining choices were excellent and the gym was large and well equipped. The only negatives were heavy dust in the gym one day due to nearby works and an occasional musty smell, but service was impeccable throughout.
