"This has been our resort"

This has been our resort of choice for several years, with magnificent food, an ideal location and welcome recent upgrades. Sadly the quality of the staff has steadily declined, the service was disappointing, and management seems cavalier about it. There are always standouts, and the room service team is top notch, but housekeeping, grounds staff and the regular wait staff need real attention to training before a lack of basic courtesy spoils the experience.
