Good cozy place with a small restaurant overlooking a garden space. A small conference hall kind of setup is available for external bookings for events. Pool is for exclusive residents use. 2 air conditioned squash courts are available for booking. Currently costs 600/- per hour.

The clubhouse squash courts have been open to the public for approximately a decade, providing significant value to both players and coaches within Colombo’s squash community. Unfortunately, the current state of the facility reflects a serious decline in standards and a concerning lack of accountability from management. The courts are now in an unacceptable condition. The flooring is damaged and has become slippery, posing a direct risk of injury. The walls are also not maintained to an appropriate standard, compromising both safety and the integrity of the game. Most critically, the air conditioning system has been non-functional for over a month. In a confined environment where a high-intensity sport like squash is played, proper ventilation is not optional it is essential. Continuing to allow players, particularly children, to train under these conditions is both negligent and dangerous, with real risks of heat stress, breathing difficulty, or even collapse. It is deeply concerning that despite repeated complaints, no meaningful action has been taken.
