"We had a very positive"

A very positive stay for a special occasion, where Duty Manager Victor Rodrigues handled some pre-arrival challenges with exceptional calm and care. Javier and Katarina from the Executive Lounge were also warm and attentive, and our suite had lovely river and city views. The gym and sauna were a little crowded at the weekend, but the central location and overall service meant we would happily return.

A mixed week-long stay where service was inconsistent, with some staff exceptional and others acting as if assisting you was a favor. A booking mix-up cancelled our last night and left us locked out, the air conditioning never worked properly despite requests, and toiletries and coffee were slow to be replenished. The bistro food was tasty and the location good, near a small shopping centre with a tram connection.
