I have been visiting the Hong Kong Country Club since I was a child in the 80s, and it has always impressed me with its luxury and excellent facilities. The numerous tennis courts, restaurants, and the pool were a significant part of my childhood and teenage years. One of my favorite experiences was the swimming lessons I had in their well-maintained pool and simply just cooling off in it after a hard game of tennis. Ordering a meal poolside is effortless, whether from the Western food counter or the Asian noodle bar. There is also ample seating around the pool area, so finding a table is rarely an issue. Downstairs, the gym is well-equipped, and the shower and change room facilities are top-notch. The sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and showers are a highlight for me, providing an excellent post-exercise experience and recovery. While it has been a while since my last visit, I fondly remember the bowling alley—a unique feature for a predominantly tennis-centered club. Nearby, the fine dining Chinese restaurant serves sumptuous meals, leaving you feeling well-fed and looked after. The only downside for non-members is the strict and challenging application process unless you have prior family membership connections. Introducing options like day passes could make it easier for others to experience the club's exceptional offerings.

Home from home private members club with facilities for tennis, pickleball, swimming, squash & lovely lawn. Choice of restaurants & food served in all is excellent! General Public can use some facilities at certain times for a small fee.

Exclusive members only club located on the shore of Deep Water Bay. Club facilities include 7 tennis courts, squash courts, bowling alley, gym, swimming pool & many dining areas.

Very friendly staff, the restaurants have amazing food and drinks, fast wifi, big pool, gym is a bit small, but the tennis courts are really nice. The lounge is very nice, amazing whiskeys selection among the other great drink options, bartenders definitely know how to make a good tasting cocktail.

The club is by the seaside, which gives you an amazing view while you either eat at the grill room or play with your child/sibling in the playground! This club os great for families, though it still has a bar if you ever need that booze kick 😂 Not to mention the amazing and kind staff, from the waiters/waitresses to the skilled chefs. Check out the food!
